Bagel Dip
a perfect game-day appetizer
This dip is always a game-day favorite, and it's super easy to make. We recommend using softer bagels (we prefer Thomas' Plain Bagels). You don't toast the bagels, just cut them up (a clean kitchen scissors does the trick nicely). Let the dip sit in the fridge for an hour or so before serving - we find that helps bring out the flavors a bit more.
