Buffalo Chicken Pizza
with a naan crust
This pizza is very easy to make and tastes awesome. Using Naan, an Indian style flatbread that should be available in a local grocery store, as the crust takes a lot of the work out of making homemade pizza. Make sure to use fresh ingredients, and especially don't get stingy on the cheese. We recommend a really good, creamy Monterey Jack (not pre-shredded). Use a buffalo-style hot sauce, but if you can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if you prefer. The quantities in this ingredient are approximations, so feel free to adjust to your tastes.

1
Boil the chicken breasts for about 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked.

2
Chop the chicken into small bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

3
Season the chicken with about 2 tbsp of buffalo sauce and 1 tbsp of ranch dressing.

4
Chop about 1 cup of fresh cilantro.

5
Chop 2-3 fresh green onions into small pieces (about ¼-inch thick or smaller).

6
Shred about 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese.

7
Mix ½ cup of buffalo sauce with 1 tbsp ranch dressing in a small bowl. This will be your pizza sauce.

8
Assemble your pizzas by first spreading the sauce over the naan bread. Then scatter chicken evenly over pizzas, followed by green onions, cheese, and cilantro.

9
Place directly on oven rack and bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.

10
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then carve it up and enjoy!
